Romaine Chicken Wrap

I have no idea where I saw the idea for this recipe, but after cooking a little extra chicken this week, I decided to give this a try.  It was a big hit for lunch today- super easy to make & very tasty!
ROMAINE CHICKEN WRAP
Chicken breast pieces
Romaine lettuce
Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Creamy Italian dressing (or Caesar dressing)
toothpicks

Boil chicken breasts for about 20 minutes 
Cut chicken into bite size pieces
Place several pieces on top of romaine lettuce leaf
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Roll up lettuce leaf & secure with toothpick.
Serve with a side of dressing for dipping
